Meet Your Instructor

Richard Kim

Rich Kim has committed his life to arts/education. He received received his Masters of Art in Art Education from Maryland Institute College of Art; writing a thesis on Performance-Based Pedagogy which provided research and strategies to create unconventional and innovative ways of improving student engagement in the art room. Aside from being a high school art teacher for over 20 years, he has taught in the art education program at Montserrat College of Art in Beverly, MA and is currently a lecturer in the graduate program at the School of the Museum of Fine Arts at Tufts University.
